You’ll have an opportunity to meet not only our professional event planners, but also the team members who will execute every detail of your master plan. Be prepared to share the basic details of your needs, while our thoughtful planners make suggestions to maximize your resources for impact. A custom quote will detail venue spaces reserved, services required, and amenities requested. The quote is the foundation of your event contract which is enacted with your acceptance signature and deposit payment.
Adjustments will be made as necessary to accomplish your plan. The balance of charges is due 30 days prior to the event. A final pre-planning meeting should include representatives of any third-party vendors as we review your custom 3D event plans created by the Clarence Brown Conference Center team. This 3D rendering allows you to preview the event experience you have imagined.
Most events are planned in three or fewer in-person meetings, though we understand that each event is unique.
