The following items are available at the Clarence Brown Conference Center – a convenient and economical alternative to outside rentals, delivery charges and set-up fees.

  • Dance Floor – Dance the night away on our dance floors – both 21’x21′ and 40’x40′ are available for rent.
  • Pipe and Drape – black pipe and drape is available in in 8′ and 18′ heights.
  • Specialty Tables – Full Bar Set-ups, Chill & Fill Tables, Serpentine Tables and Highboys.
  • Stage and Riser – The center’s portable stage is available for rent in 4×8′ sections with a maximum presentation of 16’x48′, 30″ high, with dual stairs. Risers are available in 8″ or 24″ heights. Black skirting is available for stages and risers.
