Pine Acres Retreat
Pine Acres Retreat is Bartow County’s newest property on Lake Allatoona and is now available to the public for group getaways, family reunions, church outings, corporate picnics and more on the 210-acre retreat.
Renovated event venues, guest lodging with cottages, tent campsites and bathhouses, a large swimming pool, picnic shelters, a swim dock and hiking trails may be enjoyed with reservations. Kayak and canoe rentals are available onsite. All cabin and campsite rentals are subject to applicable state and local lodging tax, which is currently 15%. All event facilities at Pine Acres Retreat may be rented between 7 AM and Midnight for 8 consecutive hours. Facilities include Laurel Hall, Lower Laurel, Mariner’s Lodge, and open-air pavilions Starlight, Whippoorwill, Castaway, Beachcomber, Windjammer, and Voyager’s View. *CLICK HERE to see Event Capacity Chart for Venues. Seasonal pool access may be added for an additional fee; however, pool access is limited to the fenced area surrounding the pool, and no adjacent pavilions may be used unless rented by the party holder. Dates are reserved with:

- Down payment of 50% event rental fee + *Credit Card on file in lieu of Security Deposit.
*Management reserves the right to charge credit card on file up to two times the rental rate should property be damaged or require extraordinary cleaning. Guest will be notified within 72 hours if additional charge will be made to cover any damage or extraordinary cleaning. Wi-Fi is available at all facilities with advance request. Contract balance is due in full 60 days prior to event.
